attentive staff clean room fresh breakfast noise-proofing issue small shower glass mosquito problem
the staff were attentive. they met my requests . for example, they handled extra cleaning of the room. the rooms were clean the staff were polite. breakfast was quite good and fresh. everything from eggs to dessert was available.
the room lacked noise-proofing. i could hear residents from the upper floor. the shower glass was small and water spilled outside during showers. i noticed a lot of mosquitoes. the mosquito tablets were not effective the walls had dead mosquitoes

I found the staff cute. they provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, all fabulous. the breakfast was a delight. It felt prepared with so much love. the location proved quiet but still easily accessible to the heart of the city.
the elevator seemed rather tiny, i must say, though the wide stairs offered a practical alternative

The rooms seemed recently renovated. the decoration looked tasteful and clean. i was pleased to find coffee and tea available directly in my room. This small comfort added to my stay. the water pressure was great.

breakfast was included . the variety of options was great and everything tasted delicious. it was a good neiborhood, close to many shops and restaurants, giving multiple choices. the breakfast was very good.

the front desk staff, matilda and martina, stood out. they were super helpful and cheerful. they always offered recommendations and provided instructions to various local services with a smile.

superb stay!
fresh omelet attentive staff extra cleaning polite staff
the breakfast was delicious! it included everything, from eggs to desserts. there was also freshly made omelet and fresh coffee. the hotel lobby staff are attentive. they fulfilled my requests, including extra room cleaning and bed adjustments. the rooms were really clean, and the staff were polite.
if my room faces the street, i can hear some car and street noises.

the staff were available at the reception 24/7. they assisted with directions and local tips. the check-in and check-out processes were quick. i found the team very responsive to requests.

The breakfast had plenty of options available. I enjoyed the fresh omelets. The hotel staff in the lobby WERE attentive. They helped me with my requests.
The balcony was small. It only had enough space for one person which was TOO bad. Private parking consisted of a few spaces. These spaces were outside their partner hotel across the street..
